Established in 2023, COOINGS is a luxury maternity and baby care brand founded by senior postpartum care professionals in Orange County. We developed our own Intercultural & Doula program while adhering to ADA doula standards, offering live-in, one-on-one postpartum care.
At COOINGS, we are redefining the postpartum experience across the U.S. Our Long-Term Value Service provides high-touch, luxury care throughout pregnancy and beyond, ensuring a holistic recovery for new mothers. We create a sanctuary where both physical and emotional transformation unfold seamlessly.
In 2025, COOINGS introduced the pioneering luxury 5V1 stand-alone series, COOINGS+. With an exclusive team dedicated to harmonizing body and soul, we craft a serene, retreat-like postpartum experience—offering mothers the indulgence of a tranquil, resort-style recovery.

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-driven Product Manager I to help drive the development of innovative postpartum care services. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a customer-first mindset, eager to own and optimize products that enhance the postpartum experience.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional with experience in product management, business strategy, or related fields. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across multiple teams, and making data-driven decisions.
What You Will Be Doing:
Product Strategy & Execution:
* Support the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Assist in defining product requirements and user stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring features to life.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
Customer & Data Insights:
* Analyze customer feedback, engagement metrics, and product performance data to drive continuous improvement.
* Work closely with the operations and customer support teams to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
* Communicate product vision and updates to internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
* Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
* Brainstorm and execute creative ideas to differentiate COOINGS’ services in the market.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical & Analytical Skills:
* Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.
* Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, or data visualization tools is a plus.
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership in a dynamic startup environment.
Communication & Collaboration:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product ideas and strategies.
* A team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Product & UX Awareness:
* Familiarity with product development lifecycles, from ideation to execution.
* Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and customer experience optimization.
